For him, discipline is the foundation of transformation, while motivation is fleeting and unreliable. This mindset has helped him guide countless clients toward real, lasting change.
He’s quick to address one of the most common misconceptions in the gym: the idea that lifting heavy weights is the ultimate path to strength. While he acknowledges the value of resistance training, he also cautions against pushing the limits without awareness. “Lifting heavy can make you prone to injury,” he explains, stressing the importance of knowing your body and training smart. The key is not just about how much you lift, but how and why you do it.
Efficiency is another core principle in his philosophy. He offers a refreshing perspective in a world where time is a luxury: “You can squeeze in a solid full-body HIIT workout in just 20 minutes, depending on what you’re aiming to train.” It’s a practical reminder that results don’t always require hours in the gym. For busy professionals or anyone juggling a hectic schedule, this approach makes fitness more accessible and less overwhelming.
Preparation, according to him, is just as critical as the workout itself. He encourages clients to spend enough time warming up, focusing on the muscles they’ll be training. Stretching and proper nutrition are non-negotiable. “Get a good meal in beforehand,” he advises, underscoring how a fueled body performs better and recovers faster. Skipping these steps is one of the many ways people unknowingly sabotage their progress.
Another common mistake he sees? Lack of structure. “A lot of people just do a few random machines and exercises every time they go to the gym,” he says. Without a plan, workouts lose impact. It’s not about doing more, but doing it with purpose and consistency.
When asked about who inspires him in terms of physique, he names Davido. The choice might surprise some, but he sees real potential in the artist. “Davido has a lot of potential in terms of physique,” he says, suggesting that transformation is possible for anyone willing to commit.
Throughout his career, he’s worked with many individuals, but some transformations still give him chills. “I’ve had clients so dedicated, their results still move me to this day,” he reflects. It’s not just about physical changes—it’s about the emotional and mental shifts that come with them.


He also acknowledges the realities of stress in daily life. “Everyone’s job is stressful—even mine,” he admits. While some people may face more intense pressures, he emphasizes that the core principles of fitness remain the same. The real challenge often lies in accessibility—whether someone can get to a gym or needs to train at home. Either way, the path is still there.
What makes his approach truly unique is his deep focus on mental health. “I’m big on mental health,” he says with conviction. He believes—and science agrees—that physical exercise can improve brain function, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance sleep, and boost confidence. To him, the mind and body are inextricably linked, and training one without the other is incomplete.
Nutrition is another pillar in his philosophy. He champions balance over restriction. “Even healthy food can become unhealthy without portion control,” he explains. He advocates for moderation and creativity—finding ways to satisfy cravings without falling into indulgence. For him, it’s not about denying yourself, but understanding your needs and responding with smarter choices.

“It all started as a passion project,” she recalls. “I was just showcasing my recipes and coaching people toward a healthier lifestyle.” But soon, she realized her work was more than just meal plans—it was helping people conceive naturally, get off medications, and reclaim their health.
Eshanka’s philosophy is simple: food should heal, not harm. Her nutrition plans have helped clients eliminate 90% of their medications, proving that the right diet can do what prescriptions often cannot. “It’s not just about weight loss or fitness,” she explains. “It’s about healing from within.”

The foundation of her work is home-made love. Every ingredient she recommends has a story. Her herbal teas, for instance, A client once asked her to package them for convenience, and just like that, a new product line was born—literally manifested.
Sugar? Not in her house. “We don’t do refined sugar—only natural sweeteners like dates,” she says. When she moved into her home, she found six palm trees in her backyard. “It felt like the universe was aligning with my philosophy,” she laughs.
Eshanka also highlights the overlooked power of local superfoods. “Everyone is obsessed with imported health trends, but we have moringa, which has more antioxidants and benefits than most of those so-called superfoods,” she says passionately.
Her approach isn’t just about food; it’s about tradition, mindfulness, and respect. “I take inspiration from my father, and every meal I create carries a bit of that legacy.”
At the end of the day, Eshanka believes that what we put into our bodies reflects how much we respect ourselves. “Eating is the highest form of self-respect,” she says. “When you nourish your body with love, everything else falls into place.”
